Supportive Apparel sizing is determined by height and weight which helps us predict both the fit of the garment and the cable support system. By using height and weight, we can accurately determine the length and position of the cable support system which is not possible with traditional athletic apparel sizing.

I love my Stoko’s! They are quite literally the only thing holding me together at work- well them and determination. That being said: I work 10-11 hour days outside in the southeast US. Therefore I must wash them every day. I am sure to follow the washing guidelines (delicate cycle, no dryer) but the reflective strips on the inside and outside of the leggings is peeling off. Also, the mesh panels are great at keeping me cool but aren’t very strong as mine are already tearing to create bigger (unfashionable) holes. I wish I could afford another pair or two so I don’t have to wash the one pair every day, but I’ll keep using these until they fall apart completely. They really do keep me moving all day 🥰
I loved my stoko tights but they were burnt in the wildfire here in Jasper National Park in July. I have to order another pair for the winter as I have nothing but thin lulu lemon tights which were given to me. Stoko tights worked for me I had a hip resurfacing done two years ago which is great. But my IT band was giving me grief so I bought the Stoko tights and they are awesome
I ordered them last year, wrong size. They were intended for my knees. They were also too small so I put them away. In the meantime I was diagnosed with bilateral osteoarthritis and instability in my Sacroiliac joints. The pain and mobility issues were serious. I lost weight and I rediscovered my K1’s tucked away somewhere in my closet. When I put them on and adjusted the cables, my lower back stabilized and I can finally move and feel normal again. I will be able to do my physio exercises without excruciating pain and hopefully improve my strength in the lower back. They are amazing!
I have purchased them for skiing so where I live in Canada I will be using them after Christmas; but I have put them on and went for a walk with them and they worked very well so they are my last hope as I have rheumatoid arthritis in my joints and especially my knees so I would love to review the pants after Christmas to give my honest opinion once I am on skis. Although I may think of purchasing a pair for hiking in the summer.
I am still learning how much to adjust the cables. I expect I will really enjoy the tights but think I should have bought a size small. Once the cables are tightened to my satisfaction. the material ripples or bunches. I might be doing something wrong & will keep at it until I get it right.

We encourage you to put your Supportive Apparel to the test before deciding to return. Move in them, get sweaty, and give them all you got. There is a short break-in period with your Supportive Tights. This means it will take a bit of time before your tights begin to regulate and feel comfortable on your body. They can be a total pain at first and challenging to get used to, Supportive Apparel is very different than any other tights or braces you’ve tried.

All-Purpose: Both the Supportive Tight and K1 Flux are engineered to deliver support in a variety of activities and is our most recommended product for all-around use. Similar to other traditional/medical grade knee braces, the Supportive Tight provides support and stability to the body in compromised knee positions; however, the Supportive Tight achieves these outcomes through different means. The Supportive Tight relies on tension throughout the Stoko Support System to generate support, which is made up of cables that are integrated into the tights.
